The Laqueen Returns & Refund Policy

At Laqueen, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind or minor color variations caused by photography or screen differences.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at allsolutiondesign@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available) or request you to ship the product back.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We offer replacements only for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange, please follow the same steps mentioned in the return process.

6. Shipping for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost. For all other reasons, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
